Who we are

The service

For a one-time price, we remake up to 30 photos of your menu items from photos you provide, in one consistent style, for use on delivery apps and your own channels. The service is for businesses, such as restaurants and food businesses, not for consumers.

How we make the photos

We start from your photos and use AI-assisted retouching to rebuild light, setting and texture. A member of our team checks each image against your original. We keep the ingredients, portion, packaging and branding visible in your photo and do not add ingredients. You are responsible for making sure the final photos represent the food you actually serve, and for telling us if anything differs.

Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you send or have the right to use them, and that they show your own products. We use your photos only to deliver this service.

Delivery

We deliver by email within 24 hours after we receive your photos. If we cannot meet that time, we tell you and you may ask for a full refund. Files are delivered as landscape images sized for delivery apps. Square versions are available on request.

Revisions

Each delivered photo includes one free revision, requested by email within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full price. Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. If you have not sent your photos within 30 days of payment, you can also ask for a full refund.

Rights to the delivered photos

Once paid, you may use the delivered photos without time limit for your business, including delivery apps, your website, social media, advertising and print. We may show the before and after in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Price and taxes

Prices are shown in your currency and paid through Stripe. They do not include any local taxes, duties or fees that may apply to a business buying a service from France. Stripe issues an invoice with your payment.

Liability

We do not guarantee any change in sales. Our total liability for this service is limited to the price you paid.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, we will try to settle any disagreement directly with you by email.
